Oasis is a community cafe open on Tueday and Wednesday mornings. It offers a friendly, quiet place for a morning coffee or a light lunch with friends, family or business collegues . We also have a card and Christain book store open during Oasis opening hours which gets restocked regularly.
Oasis is open to all, providing reasonably priced snacks and beverages in a friendly, safe environment. Although staffed mainly by volunteers from London Street Church itself, the Oasis Café has included among
its helpers representatives of other churches in the area. This café currently opens on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 1.30 pm. It is greatly valued by its customers, who like the friendly environment and the fact that they are welcome to sit as long as they like without pressure. Some 25 to 50 attend each day, and many are long term regulars.
